We are in the Pit Management business. If our relationship with you results in us managing your pit on an exclusive basis or we buy the pit from you, we will refund all fees that you have paid us up to the point that we conclude the agreement.

Likewise, if we negotiate a sale or a royalty agreement with a third party, on your behalf, you will recapture all of your out of pocket costs prior to calculating our fees.
